Disabling Chrome Extensions

There are reports than in some cases Chrome Extensions are causing conflicts with Prompt.io. Disabling these extensions while using Prompt.io may be helpful.

In Chrome:

• Click the ... button in the upper right corner of the browser

• Select "More Tools"

• Select Extensions

  

• Toggle all extensions "off" — the little blue slider on each extension.

  

• Alternatively, there is a single Chrome Extension that can be installed that will disable/enable all the others with a single click. This extension should be safe to use with Prompt.io.

Disable Extensions Temporarily

Temporarily disable all your extensions with one click. Click again and you re-enable all your previously disabled extensions.
